JDE Civil provides a wide range of wastewater design and consulting services. We are able to provide septic system (Title 5) design services including soil evaluation and percolation testing, system design including standard and innovative technologies, variance applications and representation at Board of Health Hearings, construction inspections, and as-built plan review. In addition to the Title 5 services that we provide, we also design and permit sewer extensions, gravity sewer systems, and pump station/force main systems. For large projects that are outside the scope of Title 5, we engage and evaluate the various “package wastewater treatment plant” systems and vendors for cost, available space onsite and groundwater discharge permitting requirements.
