Federal Construction Permitting
  • Applications for coverage under the EPA’s Construction General Permit (CGP) and preparation of the required Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). We also provide site inspectional services during construction, which is required upon granting of coverage under the CGP.
