Stewart’s Power Equipment has been a fixture in the Holbrook community for over 35 years. When Don and Shelly Stewart were looking to expand and build themselves a new facility, our friends over at CWB Contractors recommended JDE to provide the site development design and permitting services. The project consisted of two new pre-engineered metal buildings. The main building is a 20,000 square foot landscape equipment dealership building with a sales showroom area, offices, and an equipment service shop. There also is a 7,400 square foot warehouse building which is used for the storage of inventory and supplies. The site improvements include the layout of the buildings, access drives, parking and loading areas, drainage infrastructure, utilities, and site landscaping. JDE worked with the Holbrook Conservation Commission and Planning Board throughout the approval process to obtain the permits for the development of the site. We also provided construction period services including developing a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), inspections of completed work, and coordination with the contractor and Town officials.
