JDE worked with the congregation of Sri Radha Bhakti in Holbrook on their exciting new Mandir (Hindu Temple).  The 21,000 sf Temple building will include a dining and recreation hall, a temple hall, and residential units for clergy. JDE prepared the site development design and plans for the project and gained the necessary approvals from the Holbrook Conservation Commission and Planning Board. We also established the limits of a floodplain associated with an intermittent stream that runs through the property. Construction period services included developing a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), inspections of completed work, and coordination with the contractor and Town officials.
