Old Cart Path Condominiums is a townhouse development located off of Plymouth Street in Whitman, MA. The project consisted of 37 units to begin with and was expanded to 44 units when the developer, Spath Kennedy, LLC, acquired an abutting parcel of land after the initial construction began. Challenges with the site included the fact that the property was used as a gravel borrow pit as well as a large wetlands area. The project was permitted though the Whitman Zoning Board of Appeals and Conservation Commission as well as the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers.
