Greg is a Registered Professional Civil Engineer with over 22 years of experience and has had a varied experience in the profession. Greg’s project experience includes traditional subdivisions, cluster subdivisions, and multifamily residential projects including apartment complexes as well as 40B developments. He has also completed commercial, industrial, mixed use, retail, and athletic field design projects. His practice also extends into roadway horizontal and vertical layout and design, fieldwork on the Big Dig as well as municipal utilities projects, survey field crew experience, due diligence investigations, and the public bidding process in Massachusetts. He is well versed in the latest stormwater best management practices including the design and implementation of low impact development (LID) techniques.

In addition to being a Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.), he is also an approved Soil Evaluator in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and has completed the OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety and Health Training Course. Greg holds Professional Engineering licences in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire.

Notable projects include a 146,000 sf office, manufacturing and warehouse facility in Easton, MA in which Site Plan Approval and Board of Health approvals were gained in the same night and with only one meeting at each board; design, permitting, and construction administration for a 5 field little league complex in Weston, MA; design and permitting of a 92 unit residential development in West Bridgewater, Cochesett Estates; and many site plans and conservation approvals throughout the region.
