Cochesett Estates is a definitive residential subdivision that consists of 44 residential lots. Within these lots are 28 single family dwellings and 64 duplex units, totaling 92 units. The project was permitted under the Commonwealth’s Affordable Housing Zoning law, also known as a Chapter 40B development. JDE worked with the developer, Stonebridge Homes, and their attorneys and subconsultants to gain the necessary Comprehensive Permit from the West Bridgewater Zoning Board of Appeals. We also filed a Letter of Map Correction (LOMC) with FEMA to revise the flood map for a portion of the project site and then completed the wetlands permitting with the West Bridgewater Conservation Commission. JDE designed and permitted the septic systems for the project including two large common septic systems and several individual systems. Construction services and individual lot designs are also being provided.
